Question about making a reservation

So sorry, I have never made a reservation at Disney before so I apologize in advance.

I will be at Disney Nov 6-10th and I want to make a reservation for Nov 6th for Afternoon Tea at GF. When can I make the reservation? I really want a later reservation and it has to be that day, so I want to make sure I get in then. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!

Afternoon Tea @ GF appears to be bookable at 3 months out. I can currently book for June 11th, but not past. They only serve between 2 - 5pm, so if date and time are important I would call dining to confirm.

I don't know when booking for the GF tea opens.

But if your arrival date is 11/6/2014, your 180 day date is 5/10/2014 (using the calculator here: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/pscalc/dispscalc.html) and you can start making ADRs on that date. If you are staying onsite you can book up to 10 days of ADRs.

So if I wanted to eat at Flying Fish while I was there, I should make a reservation on 5/10?
