Question about Magic Kingdom

We just returned from Disney and we had a great time. We were just wondering what the construction was all about at Magic Kingdom. We noticed that they were building a new bus stop adjacent to the existing ones. Are they expanding or replacing the current ones. What's the plan there, anyone know?

They are adding several bus stops to be able to utilize extra-long articulated buses for POP and AoA resorts, which are 50% longer and thus need a bigger berthing area. They will also move the MK-AK and MK-DHS buses to the bus loops from the TTC.
