Question about magic kingdom parking

This is the first time that I would be parking at magic kingdom for one day, without an annual pass. Do we get free parking with our DVC card? If so, do I need to show my ID so I can have it ready? Thank you!

No, sorry. DVC membership does not entitle us to free parking at the MK or any of the parks. It's staying at an on-site resort (including the on site DVC resorts) that entitles you to park for free at the parks.

FYI parking was/is increasing to $20 per day for those who pay. I don't know the effective date.
