Question about magic hours

When a disney park says it is open until 11pm but it also an extra magic hour night does that mean it is only open until 11 for disney guests or that the magic hours start after that closing time?

The EMH will start @11, meaning you will NOT get a lot of sleep that night, but WILL have a great time. Be sure to get a nap in the middle of the day, or you will most likely be too tired to enjoy the EMH. Have fun!

The park is open to till 2 am. And if you can stay awake that long 2 am is the best time in MK!

We have a friend coming with us 1 of the days, she is off site. Will she still get to use the EMH?

from what I have read here is that EMH is only for resort guests, so no, your friend would not be able to participate.
