Question about lost park pass?

Last year, I purchased (2) 5 day non-expiring parkhopper tickets (at the same time at Epcot guest relations). My DH and I each used 2 days, leaving three days left on each pass.

I put my pass and all the receipts for the passes in "a safe place"...and of course I have completely forgotten where that "safe place" is. I have torn the house up and can't locate it.

My question is this: my DH, being infinitely smarter than me, put his pass in his wallet, and thus still has his. If we take his pass to guest relations and explain mine is lost, can they do a search on mine and verify it hasn't been used and still has 3 days on it, and issue me a replacement?

I realize this is a long shot, but it never hurts to ask. TIA!

If they treat regular Hopper tickets the same way they do AP's or Seasonal Passes, you should be fine. With AP's and Seasonal passes, you just go up, tell them you lost it, provide ID and you get a new one. I have never held any other type of ticket so Im not sure how they do it but, you may be fine. You should call Disney and ask them, for peace of mind.

Yes but with AP's they have all your info in the system. Name, addy, phone, email, pass anniversary date, etc.

I'm not saying it's impossible to replace the hoppers I'm just saying I wouldn't expect it to be as easy. If they were purchased together maybe the serial numbers were sequential? :confused3

I would most definately ask but be prepared either way.

Good Luck!

Oh, I'm prepared to just buy a new one...but I figured maybe someone else might have had a similiar experience. Although I am also quite prepared for the knowledge that this could only happen to me... :teeth:

I am going to be trying the same thing. We purchased the MYW package last year with one day passes and I know for a fact that my one day ticket got thrown out. My dh, and dd both have theres so I am going to see if they can pull the whole ressie up and see that mine has not been used. We will see next week.

In 2003 I was getting FPs for a ride, (I can't remember which one or what park I was in) we are a family of 5. I think I forgot one of the passes there. I didn't realize this until the next day when we wanted to get into a park. I went up to guest relations and they were able to issue a new one. We were lucky because the tickets have numbers on them and the lost one was one of the tickets in the middle of the set of 5. They did say it would have been harder if it was one of the tickets on the end. So I don't know if you will be as fortunate, but definately worth a try. Good luck! pixiedust:

Take your remaining tickets to any Guest Relations location and they should be able to track down the ticket for you. If you bought them all at Epcot GR at the same time, the ticket numbers will all be sequential.

Heather: Same situation for you. Take your other ID's to Guest Relations (not Lobby Concierge). They will not be able to pull up your old reservation but they can track down the tickets using the one line of numbers on your ID. There are two numbers on the front of the ID. The ID number is the folio number (your reservation) and that is removed from the main computer system about 2 weeks after you check out. That number is useless to Guest Relations once you check out. The number in the middle of that card is the ticket number which a well trained Guest Relations CM can scan to find your ticket. It may take some time but it certainly can be done.

My wife lost her pocketbook with all our non expiring park passes in it. We had cancelled a trip so we the passes were over 1.5 years old. We called them and they were able to find it and mark the lost ones as stolen (something you don't have to worry about since they are presumably in your house somewhere). When we finally got back, over 2 years later we had to go to Guest Relations to get them issued again. It took a few minutes, but it was done no problem. And on top of that they gave us 4 FPs and VIP seating for a parade!! I'm sure you'll have no problems.
