Question about logging in to DVC website

It's been awhile since I have been on their website. Now I can't even get in because it asks if I am a member and after I enter my ID # it asks for an Activation #!!!! Does anyone know what this is?
Trying to add on Magical Express for my trip.

Member services can give you that number over the phone. (may as well let them book your MDE at the same time since that web form is rather long and annoying, IMHO)
