Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone knew how strict Disney is about location minimums. I have French Island, Epcot booked. Online it says you need 300 people to book the entire thing, but my WC booked the entire thing for us anyways, even though we only expect 50 or so. In order to book just the upper or lower you need 50 people. I asked her about this, and she said if it is off just a couple people, don't tell anyone and they won't move us. But, what if we are off like 20 people?? Obviously we don't want to pay for food for 20 nonexistent people. So, my question is has anyone heard of, or actually been moved because they haven't hit the location minimum? I don't understand why there is anyway, given the fact we have to pay rental fees for the location.
Thanks, Maggie
