Question about informational package and BCV

In the informational package we got, it states that the BCV "currently" share ameneties with BC/YC. Does that mean that they can discontinue that at anytime? Can they take away the use of SAB in the future? TIA

yes they could - but I think DVC would fight long and hard to kept it.

BCV is a DVC resort - YC/BC is a WDW resort - 2 different organizations -

every year DVC (I think it is every year - it might be every 5 years) has to get its contracts renewed with the WDW resorts.

but as I say - don't worry - DVC has a lot of pull with WDW - so I would think this would not happen.

I believe I have read from those who own at BCV that there is language in their statement of ownership that describes a pool that could only be SAB. So I think they might be contractually protected there.

Can a BCV owner confirm that wording?

I sure hope someone can confirm that. If SAB ever goes away, then buying into BCV, for us, would turn out to be a very big mistake. I anxiously await the response you were seeking.
