I make my ADR's in 10 days :cool1::cool1:

I will making the reservation for me, dh, mil and fil.

Do I need to include my 2 year old in the count I give or do they just seat him with us when we get to the restaurant?

Thanks :D

Yes, I always include my toddler in the count. They will ask too if there's any children and the age of the child too.

Yup! All our reservation confirmations say party of 9 - we have 2 infant/toddlers.

When you book online you will put in 4 adults and 1 child then have to put in your child's age. We have the same configuration...my DH, DS, and my parents. Good luck and have a great trip!

From spending years in the restaurant industry - if you just booked for 4, they would reserve you a table for four - but when you got there, there would be no room for the high chair. Therefore, it is imperative that you include everyone in your party, no matter how young so they can seat you in an area where the highchair will be accommodated. princess:

You have to include everyone for who a space at the table will be needed. To use a high chair or a booster, or even to put a baby in a carrier, you need a space.

If, for example, you have three adults a child and an infant you need a table for five; if you only reserved for four people you need a table for five and will practically be treated as a walk-in without a reservation.
