Why is this particular pin so hard to get?

Each pin in the series was an issue of 3000, so why is this one pin so rare/popular?

Theories? Opinions? Answers?

Also, it was one of the first two pins to be released. It and the Frontierland one. The first pins of any series tend to be harder to get than the rest. And like Barb said, it is the HM.
