Question about gratituity for a party of 7...

So, I understand restaurants charge a automatic gratuity for larger parties. We will have a party of 7, but we have an infant with us who only drinks baby formula and baby food. Will they charge us the automatic gratuity because we are 7 people even though the infant doesn't eat?

(Also Disney starts their auto gratuity at 6 vs 7)
