Question about going to HHN October 17

I just found out that my college's fall break shoud give me enough time off to go to Universal for 4 days this October. (Yay) This will be my 6th year going to HHN and I was wondering if there is still a Stay and Scream plan going on now that it is in IOA. I always used to go hang out in New York when the park was closing, and it always got me in the mazes an hour or so early. Is there a place in IOA that people will be able to hang out in so they get an early start? If so, where is it and which maze will open early? Come on Earl, I know you know this . . . .

I will assume that if IOA's HHN is like HHNs of the past, then there will be a special area to hang out while you wait for the haunted houses to open.

Hopefully it will be at Confiscos Bar during happy hour.
Or in the back of the park near DD.

I just found out last night that the "Stay and Scream" holding area will be in Jurassic Park this year (subject to change as everything else!)
