Question about going to Epcot during Candlelight Processional

Our last night we are planning on going to Epcot, which also happens to be the first night of the Candlelight Processional (11/27). We don't have passes or anything, and it just worked out that we were going to be there in the afternoon and evening (we have ADR dinner at Akershus), but is it going to be crazy with the CP going on? Would it be something we could walk up to and watch? We've never been before and it would be neat to just see a snippet of it if we happened to be nearby, but if the park is going to be a madhouse I'd like to prepare for that too.

THanks!

The CP takes place in one (relatively) tiny theater at the far end of World Showcase.
The CP has little effect on most of the massive other areas of Epcot.

You will be able to hear and (sort of) see the CP performance from outside the theater.
The views are severely blocked by trees within the seating area and the central tech/lighting booth at the rear of the seating.

Once the line has all gone in you may ask a usher if there are still seats if so u will be allowed to enter and watch. If there are no seats available you can stand in the walkway outside the theater or stand anywhere in the area of the America pavilion and be able to enjoy the music.

Buy the dining package and you will be guaranteed a seat. It's worth the expense and a truly moving performance. Don't try to watch it from the back.
