Question about getting points transferred for a ressie

My family is joining us at WDW for next trip. Right now they are planning to stay at Pop Century but I just emailed my sister explaining how it would work if we got transfer points from another member so they could stay with us at ** (we don't have enough points for them)**

I know this is coming up really soon so I don't know how possible it will even be to get enough points for them so I could also book rooms for them on that date. I know that these would have to also be ** points in order to use them 11 months out at **.

Okay, a few questions...I transferred points to another member last Fall. My Use Year is April. I am allowed to receive transferred points at this time because it would be the only time during THIS Use Year, correct? What exactly do I have to look for in terms of the other member's Use Year, to make sure the points are good for the reservation? I informed my sister about the lack of daily housekeeping. If she is staying 4 nights, will she receive any housekeeping? How much is the fee if she wants to pay extra for housekeeping, and does it have to be for every night of your stay or could you do it for one or 2 days only? If they cancel (highly unlikely) am I allowed to rent the points so I could try to get them their money back? Am I allowed to bank transferred points?

Anything else I should know that I have not mentioned? Thanks!

Transferred points can be banked. If you have any worries about them not making it I would book with the transferred points for my reservation and use your own for theirs. Then if you have to cancel within all the banking guidelines etc. you can bank them or yes you could rent them. Just don't get yourself into a holding situation.

Holding would be less than 31 days before check-in, correct?
