Hello, we are spending a few days at Disney prior to going on a Disney cruise. We will be renting 2 cars (there are 7 of us).
My original thought was-fly into MCO, rent cars, go to Coronado Springs, do our stuff at WDW, and on the day of our cruise, drive back to the airport, drop off cars, and then have a car service take us to the port.
Today, I had either a brilliant idea (or a weird idea) that perhaps we could drop our rental cars off at the Car Care Center on the morning of our cruise, get a shuttle back to the hotel, and then just have the car service pick us up directly at the hotel.
The group of us is 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 boys ages 2,4 and 6.
My thought today is: this eliminates a transfer point, 3 crazy boys at the airport, while the adults manage the luggage, including car seats. This might also save us time as well.
Any thoughts? I really appreciate the input!
