Question about fries and hot dogs

Am o.k. If the fries are cooked in oil with other gluten containing items. Are the gluten free before they are fried? I know sometimes they get dusted in flour. Also, are the hotdogs at Caseys and on property gluten and dairy free?

The fries are gluten free before being cooked. Some places have dedicated gluten free friers and others will bake them in order for them to remain gluten free. You can get gluten free fries at many locations. I don't know about Caseys as we don't eat there.

I think the regular hot dogs at Caseys are GFCF and can be served on Udi's buns but hopefully somebody who actually eats at Caseyss can respond for sure.
