We have 6 adults planning on a trip for Nov. 24th-29th to catch the last day free dining is available before Thanksgiving (I think I have that date right!). We have to stick to that date because 2 of the 6 are in college until that date. Now my question is, my son can catch a flight at 6:30 but it doesn't land until 11:45pm. Will he be able to still get free dining? The rest of us could come earlier than that so we can check in without difficulty.

Any ideas would be great. We are really trying to make this work!:)

Well, if it's a pin code, then you will have to make the reservation. As long as your check-in is before the offer expires, then you're good. You don't make separate reservations for folks unless they want their own room or whatever. If he's going to be staying in your room, put him on the reservation and you'll have extra credits for the days that he is not there.

IF I understand you correctly.. if at least one of your party checks in then you have in essence "activated" your reservation. I gather too that with the number of people you are reserving 2 rooms? which still would not make a difference either

Thanks for the fast reply. Yes we are planning on 2 rooms. I was thinking the 4 of us could fly out on an earlier flight and check into the 2 rooms. Than the other two could just join us in our rooms when they arrive if we already have their keys and tickets activated.

Does anyone know how that would work the DME of they arrive later?
