Question about Free DDP and ADRs

Sorry if this has already been asked........

I will be changing my December reservation on Thursday to Sept..

So my question is do I need to wait until I change my Reservations to make the Sept ADRs or can I call Monday morning and make them??

You can made dining reservations without having the Dining Plan, or even a hotel reservation, 180 days prior.
