Question about Food & Wine Festival

My family and i recently purchased at SSR during the F&F discount and are going back this October. I am curious when in October is the Food and WIne Festival going on. Does anyone know the dates of it. Thanks

In 2005 it started the first weekend before October began, so it actually was the very end of September. If I had to make a guess for this year, I would guess September 29th or 30th (that's why we have ressies beginning Oct 1 )

And it will go all the way through October and into part of November. It's usually about 6 weeks, beginning to end.

You can find it under the "specials" section under the Epcot tab @ disneyworld.com Hope this helps! We love the food/wine festival-we have been the past 2 years and we also mix it MNSSHP. Angel

They have many other countries represented with Food and Wine offerings in addition to the ones which are always there. They have wine seminars, special dinners (extra ticket events), but to me the best thing there is the old time music events at the American Gardens Theatre. It is called "Eat to the Beat" and every few days there will be a new artist doing three shows nightly. This year, I was only there for a long weekend but was able to see Chubby Checker, who was great, and The Rippingtons, who I was unfamiliar with, but I am now a fan. Very talented guys.
