Question about Food and Wine Festival dates

Even tho we've been to Disney over 20 times we have never done Food and Wine Festival. Potentially going for a short trip in November and I have two days available to do Epcot. Sunday November 11th or Monday November 12th.

Which day would be better as far as crowds go? Monday November 12th is the last day of Food and Wine Festival. I am thinking the Sunday might be more crowded because its a weekend, but then wondering if historically the last day was really crowded as well? Honestly I am thinking both will be packed, but for those who are old pros at the Food and Wine Festival which day would you pick?

Sunday will be worse crowd-wise. I'd pick Monday, understanding some food items may not be available. And it will still be crowded - but not as bad as the weekend.

It's a holiday too. But it's going to be nothing like Saturday night crowds.

I agree, Sunday will probably be much worse in terms of crowds.
