This is my first time flying to Disneyland. YEA!!!:cool1: We always drive. I usually pack everything plus the kitchen sink. Since I can't do that this time, I am wondering what kinds of things you all order from the grocery stores to help save some money at the parks. Beside the obvious like water. Thanks for your suggestions! :)

I haven't ordered groceries yet but on my list if we do it for our May trip are these items: fruit, soft drinks, coffee creamer, yogurt, milk and cereal. We might add some other items since we'll have microwaves in the rooms as well as refridgerators. Of course we'll also get water. I'll probably pack some things like paper plates, plastic bowls and spoons, etc. that don't take much room and that won't be affected if squished a bit.

We did a roll of paper towels, chips, crackers, milk, bread, pop, peanut butter, jelly, water, apple sauce, fruit cups, carrots, capri suns, ziploc bags, trail mix. We did pack beef jerky from Costco too. We did not have a microwave so that limited us.

Milk, Water, Soda, Coffee, Creamer/Sugar, Cereal, Bread, Peanut Butter, Jelly, YoGos, Dried Fruit, Fresh Fruit, Raisins, Trail Mix, Cheetos (my kids love them:love: ) Granola Bars, NutriGrain Bars, Yogurt, Chocolate Powder (for chocolate milk or hot chocolate) ... I can't remember what else.

A good tip though... try to grab some Ziploc-type containers (the hard plastic kind) at the dollar store or somewhere cheap before you go and pack those. They will save fresh fruit and sandwiches from getting squished in your backpack when you take them into the park. They are also great for packing your super fragile souvenirs in on the way home to keep them from getting squished and/or broken. I'd pack them instead of having them delivered though, that way you know you have space for them on the way home!

And grab some plastic silverware from fast food restaurants to avoid having to order some to have in room to eat with!

I don't know if you have decided where to order from yet, but a couple of times we have used vons.com. It was easy and the prices weren't outrageous.
