Question about floral

Has anyone used Charming Events or Dream Designs for their floral? They are recommended on the magical kingdoms website. If so, can you tell me what your experience was with them?

Also, if you hire an outside vendor for floral, will Disney allow them on to the site to set up? I'm planning on have my ceremony at WP and a reception at the Living Seas.

We are using Whimsical Wey for our floral. The only reason for that is that we couldn't meet the Charming Events minimum (which I believe is $2000). I've heard nothing but raves about Emily & Charming Events.

Disney will allow outside vendors to do things at all sites EXCEPT inside theme parks. So, an outside vendor could do your floral at the WP, but not at the LS.

i was going to use charming events, but their minimum is equal to what i plan on having disney charge, so there was no point. i am also having an lss reception and you can't bring anything in from outside...
