So, how jalapeño-y is the jalapeño cornbread?

The spice/heat isn't a concern. I just don't like jalapeño in my cornbread.

I don't think it is strong. Some bites are going to have a stronger taste than others. Members of my family have exchanged it for different sides in the past.
