This may sound really dumb, but my final payment is due 2/4/2012 (tomorrow). I never wait until the last day to make my final payment; I usually do it a few days before. I have been waiting for my new Disney Premier Visa card to pay the final balance. Has anyone ever paid on the day it is due? I was gonna wait til tomorrow and see if my card arrives, but I'm nervous. They don't delete my reservation on the day it is due, do they??? Sorry if that is a stupid question.

DCL will delete your reservation on the day after final payment is due if it is unpaid and you have not contacted them. I would suggest that you call Chase concerning the card and then call DCL and explain the situation. They have been known to give a 2-3 day grace period when contacted in advance.

Don't know the answer to your question, but did you apply for the card online or over the phone? I thought I upgraded my card online last week, and I've been patiently waiting for it to arrive every day as I have 2 rooms to pay off for our June cruise. After it still hadn't arrived yesterday, I called Chase, only to find out that my card was still showing as the classic card, not the Premier card. I was able to upgrade over the phone and was told that the new card should arrive in 3-5 business days. So, if you applied online and haven't received your card yet, you may want to give them a call. I am almost positive that I received confirmation of my online upgrade, but for some reason, it didn't go through. :confused3

Thanks! I will probably just go ahead and pay with my old card if I don't receive my new card in the mail tomorrow.

Thanks for letting me know this. I will call them now.

Contact the DCL and let them know you requested a the VISA. Ask for a few days entention. They will annotate in the computer and give you a few days. Ask for 7 days. Tell them as soon as you get the card you will call.

have a great cruise.

We received our cards this past Wednesday, which were ordered on the phone Wednesday 1/25/2012. I spoke to Chase yesterday regarding something else, but they told me that my new card was actually active 3 days after my first call. Maybe the OP could call Chase & see if they can give them their new expiration date & new security code. :cool1:
