Question About Film in Checked Luggage

I forgot I had a package (4 rolls) of unused film in the large suitcase we checked for our flight home yesterday. My camera and other films were in my carry-on, but I'm concerned about the unused film (400 speed) going through the stronger scanning machine. Will it be all right to use or should I throw it away?

I would shoot a roll of fun pictures..and get it developed...if they come out Ok use the rest..if not ..toss the film...
