Question about faxing resort prefs

We are splitting our stay between ASMo and WL. If I can't fax my prefs until 4 days before, how do I get them to the WL? The ASMo stay is over 5 nights. Will the ASMo guest services do it for me?

And another thing, if I've already told CRO my prefs, do I really need to fax them in myself?

I don't have any help for you, but a question of my own....what request do you have for the WL? We have ressies for a standard view room but have read some negative posts about garbage truck noise and staring at rooftops. I do not know what options there are for standard rooms...have any info? And NO question is stupid...NOT asking for help is! TIA.

If you already gave your requests to CRO, there is no need to do any more. Some people like to reinforce those requests with a fax but it isn't necessary.

If you still feel you want to fax in your requests, then do it right before you leave home. Another option for you would be to call WL when you're at ASMo.

Thanks GoldenOldie, I usually make my request at the start and don't do anything else. I think I will continue this!

FINFAN, I requested standard view too, at the WL, I also wanted a non smoking room with a king bed. 99ghosts said standard rooms didn't have king beds so now I'm wondering if I want a lobby room. I think I'll just take my chances.

Just another thought: I spoke directly to the hotel front desk who told me to give them a call 5 days prior to arrival just to make sure that they have the correct requests in their system. I think they assign the rooms somewhere around that 5 day mark. Hope this helps.
