Question about Fantasmic

We are going to WDW the second week of May and are going to see Fantasmic this year. If you get there a little before the show, is there a chance that there will be no seats left and they will turn us away? We are going on a non EMH evening. How long before the show do you usually arrive. I don't care about where in the theater we sit as I am not that picky about seats.

Yes, depending on the crowd, the seats can (but not every night) run out before showtime and they do turn folks away.
Arrive at the theater no later than 45 minutes before the show, if you don't care where you sit. (Most seats are fine.)
We always plan to eat our "dinner" in the theater.
They have concession stands and food, ala a ballpark.

If you want to avoid this "go early and wait", do the "Dining Package" at one of the participating MGM restaurants. You eat a "not so inexpensive" meal at an MGM sitdown restaurant, and you given a "pass" to enter at a special gate and are allowed to be seated in a reserved section of the theater up until closer to showtime.

Still probably need to be there an hour in advance. 90 mins if it's a busy time of year. If they're doing 2 shows go to the 2nd, it will be much less crowded.

It's amazing how fast it fills up. And there are SO many seats. Can you do a Fantasmic Dinner pkg? We like H&V. Then you're guaranteed seating and you only have to arrive 30mins in advance of the show.

It's a great show.
