Question about Fantasmic Package restaurant.

I had decided to do the Fantasmic package to make sure we get in to see the show. Not sure it's really necassary in early Dec. but anyway. I'd had planned on doing the H&V breakfast for my YDS but, was thinking maybe I hould do the lunch with the package there.
Anyone had the lunch at H&V? Is it decent? Bad? Help!

I've never eaten at H&V, but it doesn't get very good reviews here. You're only other choices are Mama Melrose and Brown Derby. If you are on the DDP, Brown Derby will take two of your credits.

My choice would be MM. Remember, with the F! Pkg you get app, entree, dessert, and drink, so with all of you, you will have plenty to share with the youngest one. MM gets mixed reviews, but we really liked it.

You can't do the H&V lunch for Fantasmic! Its a character meal for lunch.

Like a PP said, you won't get any characters at H&V during Fantasmic! pkg meal times. We had the package and the food is not terrible. It's like food from a chain buffet restaurant. It's okay. I don't remember anything I really liked there.

We did dinner at H & V and really hated it. It is one of only 2 restaurants in all of WDW that we won't ever return to. The hot food was not hot, the cold food was not cold. We were surrounded by dirty, unbussed tables. The waitress was rude. And the Ladies Room was filfthy
