Question about Enterprise Car Rental

I have a reservation for a car rental through enterprise at MCO.

Do I need to go find an enterprise window somewhere and then go to a lot, or do I go directly to a lot?

Never rented from MCO before

Can someone let me know the process of how it all works?

You should get an email a couple days before your trip that tells you what you need to do. If you've rented from Enterprise, Alamo or National in the recent past, you normally don't need to go to the desk. If you do, the desk is on level 1 of the terminal. Follow the instructions in your email, most of the time you are able to go out to the garage and the hut out there can help you if you need it. As a member of their loyalty program, I don't have to stop and talk to anyone, I go out to the garage, pick which car I want based on the type I chose, and drive to the exit. At the exit they scan your DL and CC, then give you the contract. Make sure you check before you drive out that the price on your contract matches the price you expect to see. Once you drive you, you've accepted that price.
 
When we went in April, we initially waited in line.
The customer service rep brought us over to a kiosk right out front of the desk and walked us through how to check-in there so we will know what to do next time without waiting in any line before proceeding to the garage.
Just go through the prompts, print your slip and bring it to the garage.
Keep checking your reservations before your trip, our price dropped by about $75.

When do you actually pick your car, at the kiosk, or just they give you whatever you paid for when you go to the garage?
 

This past trip, they waved at a row of cars and told us to pick any from that row. We paid for full-size and choose one in the group.
One of the upgraded cars smelled like smoke so we passed on that.
They encouraged us to choose a mini-van but we had no interest as it was just two of us.

In previous trips, they gave us our choice of several cars, often an upgraded category from what we booked.

We've had great service with Enterprise over the past 10 years.

Enterprise has a section for each vehicle type, you pick any vehicle out of that section. If you choose something from a different section you'll pay the difference.
