Question about economy cars at Alamo

I used to rent exclusively from Payless because they were always the cheapest but due to some clever discounting and coupon usage I actually got a better rate from Alamo. My policy was to alway rent an economy car because I knew there weren't going to be any there and they would just give me a compact (Cavalier/Sunfire) which I was perfectly fine driving since it is only my wife and I. My question is has Alamo actually have any of these economy cars on the lot when you've rented there?

My question is do they actually have economy cars on the lot i.e. Chevy Aveo?

We rent economy from them all the time...2 door Cav vs. 4 door Cav is the difference.

A friend of mine who works for Alamo here in Hawaii says they have no economy cars. That's why most times a compact is cheaper than an economy. I don't kow about other locations...just Hawaii.
