Question about earning with Swag Bucks and its value/savings potential

That's exactly what I'm doing!!! Well, I'm racking swagbucks up for amazon gift certificates to get new luggage :goodvibes

Don't save your SwagBucks! Cash them out for your Amazon cards and save them there. You can only cash out for the same thing 5 times in one month. So if you wanted 6 $5 Amazon cards, you would only be allowed to redeem for 5 until the following month. I cash out for a $5 gift card as soon as I can. Then I just keep adding them to my Amazon account and build it there.

How is everyone earning so many SwagBucks? I can't seem to figure out how to earn more than 200-300 per month.

Thanks!

I use the toolbar to search. So when I want to come to Disboards I put that in and hit go win. I just did that and got 8 swagbucks just to use their engine to get here. I also watch SwagTV. I work at home and run it while I am working so I earn quite a few through that. Other people do the surveys (I never qualify plus I do them through another site) and offers. I don't do either and average 1 $5 Amazon card a week unless I am slacking. Next week I will slack since I have family visiting.

This is because not everything for sale on Amazon.com is for sale BY Amazon.com. Sometimes they are a third party and you aren't buying it from them but rather the retailer or an individual.

You can use amazon GCs to buy through merchants; amazon pays the merchant after you pay amazon. We've used GC balances to pay for things being sold by 3rd parties.

oIf they sell it on amazon and it is legal to buy...

That's the issue; is that gift certificates aren't "legal" to buy with amazon gift certificates.

I save mine for Southwest airline $50 vouchers.

I live in Canada and amazon.ca sucks (unless you are buying books)

I can order off amazon.com but the duty can be a big factor ( as can shipping)

So the Southwest vouchers are a better deal.

We plan to fly out of Seattle next year.
