Question about early ADR's

Just needing some clarification on this.
We have ADRs for CP at 8:05 am. In order for the CM's to let us in early do we show them something to prove we have a reservation? Is it as simple as having our confirm# written on a piece of paper? or should I have a printout of a confirmation number from Disney?
Does the CM simply believe you when you say you have an early ADR?

They might ask for your name and ADR time. If you're on the list, you're good to go. A printout of the confirmation number would be a good backup.

Unless it's changed, there's a good chance they will just ask if you have an ADR.

Thank you! I have tried online "unsuccesfully" to pull up my ressies to print them out. Keep getting an error. I guess I should call to verify since we are leaving next week!
