Question about DVC website.....

Ok So every time i think about this question it's always too late to call member services so I though I would try here. So My parents have been DVC members since 94 and they just recently put my name on the lease last month. When i tried to sign up for the DVC website with the code they sent me in the mail and with that number that you get with your membership when you first join it kept giving me an error message. Do you think the reason it's not working is because that number has already been used to set up my parents login information and if I want to go onto the site to do anything I will just need to use their user name and password?? Thanks for your help!!

Just use their username and password.

When I logged in the first time it didn't work either. I had to enter my name with no spaces and a period after the middle initial....that took a few minutes to figure out.

Yeah that's what i figure the problem was.
