question about dvc members paying cash for rooms

Is it true that DVC members are able to get a discount on dvc rooms if we are paying cash? What is the discount?

The discount is 25%. It must be booked through Member Services, not the regular Disney Reservation office. The discount is not always available. The discount only applies to DVC Resort rooms, it does not apply to non-DVC properties.
