Question about DVC AP

I purchased my AP thru MS the other week with the $100 discount. On the same day, I purchased the full price AP for my mother thru the regular 407WDISNEY phone number. My mother received an exchange voucher card in the mail, and I have not received anything. I called MS, and they said that we get no confirmation of any sort (snail mail, e-mail, etc.) and that I just pick up my ticket at one of the park ticket booths as long as I show my DVC member card and photo id.

Is this correct? Seems odd that they wouldn't at least send me a piece of paper in the mail. I thought when I bought my AP thru MS the other year that I also received one of those voucher cards in the mail.

Generally you will have two options when ordering APs by phone or on-line. You can pay to have an exchange voucher mailed out or select will call. If you select will call, you will only have a confirmation number. Regardless of which you choose, you still have to go to a guest services location to get the actual AP.
