I can't seem to find out how many people can ride in an elephant at one time. Can you have two children and one adult at at time? Or if you can only have one child and one adult, will Disney allow a reverse child-swap? By reverse I mean letting an adult take one kid at a time so everyone can ride without us having to wait in the line three times.

Thanks!

You can ride one adult with 2 kids. In fact, I have seen 2 adults ride with 1 kid at a time as long as the adults are fairly average sized. Most of Disney's rides are pretty generous in space.

We always ride 2 adults and one child on dumbo. DH and I are about average size and DS is only 4 so it works for us. I'm not sure about reverse child swaps.

Yep, can do :) 3 of us rode it DH, me and DD(2) and had no problem at all and we are larger than your average bear (well not too much larger, but larger, LOL)

However, you will not be able to sit between the boys. You will be asked to sit closest to the door (opening) of Dumbo.

Like others have said, I have riden Dumbo with my two of my kids at a time and with my dd and niece. I did have to sit closest to the door but we all fit just fine.

Also, if you have 3 kids solo or if you don't fit comfortably, if they have an extra CM, they will let one of your children ride with a CM so you can all ride. (They also did this for us at the bgumper bug ride @ DCA)
