Question about DU?

When should I expect my paperwork form DU? We leave in 23 days (yea!!) and was wondering when and if I would receive anything in the mail from them. I booked our last trip through them and I seem to recall getting our luggage tages way before our trip. The trip has been paid off since I booked it so I know they aren't waiting on payment. Anybody know?
