Question about Dreams Unlimited?

We transfered our reservation to DU in August, and we haven't gotten ANY kind of paperwork from them. Is this normal? I know they have our reservation because I can pull it up on the web site. I'd ask them, but I've kinda been bugging them alot lately trying to get a Fl Resident discount.

I knew you guys could help me.

what type of paperwork are you looking for? You won't get any documents until about a month or so before you leave.... anything else is usually through email and you can keep all the emails in

I'm not sure. When we originally booked with DCL, they sent us a confirmation letter with room # and dates. I have emailed DU a few times and have always gotten responses within 24 hours. They have been wonderful and I would recommened them to everyone. I just wasn't sure if they sent anything through "snail mail".

No hard copy paperwork but you can view it any time on their site. I just print that out and keep it with my other "paperwork" for our trip. The most important paperwork - your tickets will come straight from Disney.
