Question About Dolphin Encounter in Nassau

We want to book the dolphine encounter through disney for our upcoming cruise. I wanted to know if anyone knew if they offered the observer option in nassau like they do in PV. My grandmother would love to watch her great grandchildren with the dolphins? We want to book through disney because we have had shore excursions issues on past cruises that we booked ourseleves and could not get our money back. Thanks.
