Question about Docs

I am sitting here filling out my docs and have a question. On the page that is the payment authorization form, I want to put our Disney Visa as the credit card. At the top of the form it asks for the cardholders name. Would this be the name on the credit card or the name that will appear on the KTTW card?? At the bottom of the page it asks for the cardholders signature. Again will my DH need to sign this because his name is on the credit card or will we each sign our own in our own doc booklet??

Hello, I believe the person who's name is on the card goes on top. That would also be the person who would sign the bottom. I think you only turn in one card per stateroom, unless you were using more than one card. Have a wonderful trip.

Sherry is right...it is the name on the credit card.

This is my first time seeing all of the codes etc. Can someone help me understand what a KTTW card is?

KTTW- Key to the World

Its the card that becomes your life onboard- It has your room key,disembarkion privilages, charging privilages and a whole lot of other goodies
