Question about Disney's Magical Express

It's been 5 years since I have been to WDW and they didn't have MDE when I was there last time so, I need help. When booking my hotel it asked me about my flight info but I didn't know it at the time. I just booked my flight today and wanted to go into MDE and enter it but I am not sure where to enter this in here. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I should enter this so, it will have my flight info for Disney's magical express?

MDE doesn't matter for DME. You can't book it through the account and it won't show up in the account. So silly of them.

(On top of the MDE vs DME nonsense...do they pay no attention to too-close acronyms?)
