Question about Disney transportation

I am going in a few weeks and never stayed on Disney property...We bought at SSR...

Does the bus system go to the other resorts? Beach Club...Boardwalk etc...

Is there a bus for SSR specifically from MK or is it part of the Disney Transportation system?

SSR has direct busses from the parks to the resort, as does OKW. They have multiple internal stops at those resorts.

VWL/WL may share buses with the MK area resorts, but I don't know if it is the normal routine.

BWV, BCV and Swan/Dolphin often share buses.

I would not be surprised if the AKV building shares buses with the AK Lodge building.

Buses don't go from one resort to another, unless they are on the same route - like YC/BC/BCV/BW/BWV/S/D. Or POR/POFQ. SSR is dedicated. OKW is dedicated. AK and AKV is dedicated.

You would be better off taking the bus to MGM and then walking from there. If you take the bus to Epcot you will be let off at the front of the park and then have to walk through the park to the International Gateway entrance/exit.

Another way would be to walk to the Marketplace from SSR and take the bus to the Boardwalk from there.

YOu could. Or you could take a bus to Disney Studios and walk over to the BW. Or you could take a cab or rent a car.

From anywhere, you can take a bus to the TTS (Ticket and Transportation Center), then grab the bus going to the place you want to go.

Your best bet from SSR is to walk, bus or boat to DTD and take a bus to any of the other resorts. This is one of the most convenient hotels for resort hopping for that reason.

That has not been the case for a number of years. Resort busses now go to the gate area of MK and not the TTC and thus you cannot catch a bus at the TTC to the BW (or other resorts)
