Has anyone used the Disney Ipod/Iphone Apps for WDW that are available through ITunes? And if so do they work well??

I used them on my past WDW trip, and they work great! I got the Disney Mobile Magic and the Undercover Tourist app, just FYI. It enables my family to see the wait times and plan where we want to go based on that. Plus, it has all of the typical useful information, like park hours. On the Mobile Magic, it can even tell you where the characters are in the parks! It's great, and I highly recommend it!

If you sign up for touringplans.com you get their free lines app...park recommendations for each day of your trip, park crowd tracking, wait times for rides/fast pass, etc...it's awesome

Sent from my Toshiba Thrive 32GB using the DISBoards App

Mobile Magic wasn't available on iPhone ATT network during our trip last Oct, but looking forward to trying it out this Oct and to compare it with the new My Disney Experience (which looks awesome on IPad but not so much on iPhone)

I used undercover tourist Disneyworld App last time around for my iphone and it seemed pretty accurate (couple times it was off). I have undercover tourist on my phone but not sure how accurate it is but not sure which one is more reliable since they both basically rely on people reporting back how long they have waited.

I had two on my iPhone for my last trip in June, WDW lines and Magic Guide. They are somewhat different and I was glad to have both. WDW Lines if you sign up for the subscription includes touring plans. We used them as guides but did not follow the plans exactly. It also includes a 10 day attendance forecast for each park which we used to plan our park schedule. We used the wait times sometimes.

We used Magic Guide more than Lines when in the park, the interface is friendlier. We liked the map to see what was close and sometimes to map where to go next. It was particularly helpful to determine what food was close. You can also enter your ADRs in Magic Guide and identify favorites.

We used WDW Lines for entertainment schedules, for example the times the pianist performs at Casey's Corner.

I have loaded the new Disney app, and will test it out in October.
