Question about dinning plan?

We are staying at WH with a 2 yrd old. We plan to visit parks for at least 3-4 days (Park Hopper). Wondering if we need to buy dinning plan or should we just pay out of pocket? I am interested in visiting couple of restaurants (sit down)for lunch while at different parks. Is it less expensive to buy out of pocket? My group consists of 2 adults + 2 yr old. Any suggestions? I do plan to eat breakfast at home. Thanks.
