I'm used to WDW and at WDW if you make an ADR for say 4 but only 3 people show up you do not get charged a fee for that one person not coming.

Is it the same way at DL?

I ask because I want to make reservations for Blue Bayou for the end of June when reservations open for that time and I want to make it for 4 hoping that my sister will be able to come but she is chaperoning FBLA and will not know when she has free time until she arrives.
Even if she cannot make it the rest of us will be going to the reservation so I just want to be prepared if there's going to be an extra fee added for her not coming.

No added fee that I've experienced or even heard of. Plus a group of 3 will sit at the same table as a group of 4.

No fee as long as someone shows up and checks in. We were a party of 2 and couldn't even get a reservation for less than 3 (even 60 days out). So we signed up for 3 and showed up with 2. No problem.
