question about dining plan

i am going to Disney in april. I will be there with my 3 girls. I was going to book the deluxe dining plan. my husband is coming the last night we are there and will spend on day at the park with us.
can he eat off our extra credits? I don't want to add him to entire package bc he is only there one night. I am figuring we will have left overs. can this be done?

No. You'll only be able to use the amount of credits as people on your reservation. If you have 1 adult and 2 kids listed you'll be able to redeem 1 adult and 2 child credits.

If you're going to have extra credits by your last night I'd look into downgrading your dining plan.

I am still trying to figure out if me and my BF get the quick service or the dining plan. If we get the DP can we order ANY entree or do they have special menu's for people on the DP?

You'll get the same menus as everyone else. As far as exclusions, there are very few. I can't actually think of any entrees that have been excluded when I've used the DDP.

With the regular DDP you won't get an appetizer so you'll have to pay out of pocket for that if you order one.
