Question about dining plan

We are waiting for a room only discount to come out for March and I am just wondering if I am able to add dining on to it without adding tickets on? We have free tickets so only need room and dining...is that possible??

No, you would have to purchase at least a 1 day ticket and have a package (room + tickets) to add paid dining. For free dining, the current minimum is a 2 day ticket + full price room.

Exceptions for paid dining are AP holders, military ticket holders and DVC members bookings.

You can't add dining to a room only reservation - it has to be a package. If you book a room only reservation, to add dining it will need to be cancelled and rebooked as a package (most likely with tickets, unless you meet one of the exceptions for paid dining - there are no exceptions for free dining).
