No. You need to have at least a 1 day park pass included to add DDP.

No you can't.

All DDP reservations, except for DVC, must be packages - either a package reservation including tickets, or a package reservation with room and dining only for annual passholders. DDP can never be added to a room-only reservation without first converting that reservation to a package. (I believe it has to be cancelled and rebooked to make it a package.)
