Question about Dining Plan CS with a 9 year old

We have the dining plan for our upcoming Disney trip, 4 adults and 1 child. For our BOG lunch reservations, will our 9 year have to order from the child selections or are they allowed to order from the main menu? The child selection for quick service is very limited everywhere and not very filling and this is the one restaurant where she would like to sample the dessert selections.

You are free to order from the adult menu for a child CS. They don't separate them by child and adult CS credits.

CS meals aren't separated, so you can order from either menu for her.
