Question about Dining Plan Credits

On the 2017 Deluxe Dining Plan do Quick Service and Table Service meals use each one credit (unless noted as 2 because of signature/character dining)?

Yes any dining whether Quick Service, Counter Service, Table Service will use 1 credit except as noted otherwise (such as Le Cellier, CRT, SOA, among others I'm likely missing).

And if you going through Disney for reservations, they make sure to tell you if a meal is 2 credits (Hoop Dee Doo also). Sometimes, it really helps to make a list of places you want to go before you call for reservations, so that you don't run out of credits for a special meal on the DP

Yes, it's always been this case, in past and current years too, in case anyone has it in 2016 too.
Deluxe dining plan is just credits and you use them however you desire. There is no TS and QS breakdown of any sort.

Character dining is not two credits. CRT is the only regular character meal that costs two credits. (Some count Mickey's Backyard Barbecue, but that's listed as a dinner show)
